Aided by Skink, Twilly prevails, and we are entertained by two Russian bimbos fixed up to look like Barbies and hooked on rhino horn powder, a Rastafarian pornographer, Twilly burying Stoat's convertible under a pile of garbage, hijinks with tractors on the island that leave a few dead, the usual cast of Florida sleaze bags, and a finale on an illegal exotic game farm featuring a rhino charge that gets both the developer and the lobbyist in his way. Just another very good set of laughs.
